I am writing this letter to let you know the great service I received from Todd Smith and Carolyn Finnigan.  Todd gave me several days to consider my purchasing a new vehicle form you.. I at first thought I would be buying a small car, the Versa Hatchback, but was shown the Sentra and that perhaps I should reconsider.  He advised it was a more suitable car in many ways and pointed out all the details to me.  I went home and gave it much thought, I never felt that I was under any kind of pressure from Todd and that made it easier for me to decide, so I went back again and signed up for the Sentra.

Later I was led to the office of Carolyn Finnigan, who was completing forms on her computer.  When I looked abover her head on the back wall was a print of one of our Nissan model vehicles, in front of my son's store on Queen St. in Toronto.  I was so thrilled, and a bit teary as my son sold his business in December.  Well Carolyn left the office and returned with a gentleman, who took the print out and gave it to me.  They just knocked me over!  I thank you most sincerely for your kind generosity, you see it must be an omen.  I was meant to buy from you, your staff was terrific!

As a management consultant and Business Advisor I have benn called in to "help fix" customer service issues and have accrued a great deal of experience dealing with public and private sectors.  The problem of poor customer service usually starts at the top of the organization.  The success when good customer service is "done right" is always a results of the influence from the top.
